About Us
As an intensive care/paramedic of 20 years, I have personal experience with PTSD. As a result, my road career ended in 2020, like it has for so many others in a similar situation to me.
PTSD is hard to explain, hard to live with and hard to work through. It affects individuals and their families.

Being a paramedic and helping others, was a massive part of who I was, so I had to find something else to focus on.
​
So I started off-road motorbike riding and 18 months later I gave the Finke Desert Race 2023, a good crack! Coming in last over the 2 days, I got 'there and back'. Raising over $17,000 for Sirens Of Silence Charity
​
But that wasn't enough. In 2024, I saw Stuart O'Neill speak and was introduced to his pocket book
'Just One Reason'.
​
Now I want to get a copy of Stuart's Book
'Just One Reason'
into the hands of every first responder (paid or volunteer) who feels their only option is NOT to walk this earth.
